David Fairbairn is a Metro Vancouver building expert with over 25 years in the industry. He's been featured on Global TV News and in the 24 Newspaper, and brings an obsessive attention to detail to every single inspection.
He founded Fairbairn Inspection Services because he believed buyers deserved better — not rushed inspections and vague reports, but honest, thorough findings they could actually act on.

Kevin Hill is a seasoned home inspector with over 5 years of experience, who joined Fairbairn Inspection Services in 2024. His expertise spans residential home inspections, mold and air-quality testing, and radon testing, and he's significantly contributed to the company's growth since coming on board.
Beyond home inspections, Kevin has ventured into drone work, helping expand Fairbairn Inspection Services' coverage across the Lower Mainland. When he's not inspecting homes, Kevin can often be found exploring the vast wilderness of British Columbia.

Jana has a passion for organization, customer service, and brings a positive and friendly personality to the team. She's ready to answer any of our clients' questions about their inspections and strives to make the whole experience go smoothly.
